Pupil Premium
What is Pupil Premium?
The government believes that the Pupil Premium, which is additional to the main school funding, is the best way to address the current inequalities between children who have (or have had) free school meals (FSM), children of service families, Looked After Children (LAC), children adopted from care and their peers by ensuring that funding to tackle disadvantage reaches pupils that need it most.
The Pupil Premium is allocated straight to us and is clearly identifiable in our budget. It is up to the school to decide how the Pupil Premium is spent.
